La struttura si raggiunge facilmente dall`autostrada A1 uscita casello INCISA REGGELLO svoltare a destra, aggiungere la rotonda e seguire le indicazioni per Pian di Scò AR (si passa località Ciliegi, Prulli di Sopra, Matassino, Vaggio). Arrivati a Pian di Scò AR si procede verso Reggello per 2 km (SP 1) fino al cartello di legno CASA GIULIA sulla sinistra. Proseguire sulla strada sterrata circa 600 metri sempre diritto fino all'ingresso della struttura con numero civico 47 di Casa Giulia, entrare nel cortile interno, Villa Oliveto è secondo edificio a destra con parcheggio di fronte all'ingresso.
